One gesture.The entire board tumbles.
You do not swipe tiles one direction. You rotate the whole 5×5 board ninety degrees, gravity yanks every tile down at once, and equal numbers that collide fuse into their double.

Every turn is a whole-board decision
Tilt it and all twenty-five tiles fall, slam and merge in one cascade. A single good rotation can start a chain that multiplies the score. A careless one walls you in.
The pressure never lets up
A new tile spawns every turn, and every twelve moves a wave raises the stakes. A run lasts two to four minutes and always ends.
You always know which turn killed you
No dice, no hidden state. The board you lost on is the board your own rotations built, which is the part that makes you play again.
The board above is playing itself, in your browser, under the game's real rule — rotate, fall, merge. It is the same few lines the app runs, not a recording.
